This motor vehicle accident occurred late at night on High Ridge Road. The male driver of the vehicle pictured here did not appear to be speeding, however, we believed the accident was caused by a diabetic reaction. The gentleman simply veered off the road into a parking lot and then hit into a stone wall at the end of the parking lot.
